I cannot recommend Sprint law enough, Supipi especially who has been amazing. I am signing contracts to invest in a company which can be very dawning and there is so much to be aware of. Most big companies are creating a contract that covers them not you. I am so thankful I have had their support and expertise through this process to ensure I have covered all bases.
